Irfan Tansel is the current CEO of Al Masaood Automobiles who has firmly established himself as one of the most influential leaders in the UAE through a distinguished career of hard work and dedication. Since becoming responsible for the operations of Al Masaood Automobiles in 2011, Tansel’s revered leadership qualities have guided the company’s workforce of over 1,000 to achieving increased sales activity and enhanced customer satisfaction ratings, primarily due to the implementation of improved aftersales service offerings at his direction. Another remarkable achievement as a direct result of Irfan’s leadership is the success of the company’s customer-centric campaign, ‘Connecting Employees and Customers on Our Journey into the Future of Mobility’, which has significantly strengthened relationships with customers beyond the purchase of automobiles.
Prior to joining Al Masaood Automobiles, Tansel had a successful two-year stint as Chief Business Officer at Al Jomaih Automotive Company, where he was responsible for GM brands of Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac in Saudi Arabia.
He has developed an impressive profile throughout his career, gaining invaluable experience that he has put into practice on his way to becoming a respected influential figure. He also served as General Manager at Emirates Motor Company (2008-2011), Fouad Alghanim and Sons Automotive Company (2004-2008) and Gargash Enterprises (1994-2004), respectively.
Al Masaood Automobiles began 2019 with a record-breaking double-digit market share growth, with this figure projected increase even greater over the coming months and years. In 2018, the company scooped a series of principle awards for its outstanding performance; winning the ‘Best Sales Performance’ award from Renault in April for achieving the highest sales growth in 2017 and the ‘Exemplary Performance in Sales and Customer Experience in FY17’ from Nissan the following month for increasing its market share and showcasing impressive standards in car care and customer experience across the region.
