The holy month of Ramadan is upon us and there is no doubt that this Ramadan is going to be different in many ways. But nothing changes the spirit of the holy month that remains deeply embedded in our hearts. Let us draw strength and inspiration from it to face the challenging times. Ramadan season is usually a busy period for us and this year, in view of the unprecedented times we are going through, we are prepared to elevate our efforts to a whole new level in order to continue to excel in what we do. Our goals are clear and nothing can stop us from achieving them!

The customers are now shifting to digital, the National newspaper posted a few weeks back that 60% of GCC car buyers prefer to buy online that visit a showroom amid the COVID-19. We have achieved several milestones with regard to digital transformation and have delivered many solutions that add further simplicity and convenience to customer experience. For instance, the launch of the first ever Nissan e-commerce platform in the region enables customers to buy their favourite Nissan vehicle online from the comfort of their homes, thanks to a free-hassle purchasing scheme that even delivers the new vehicle to your doorsteps! We also introduced our advanced key drop off service and our mobile test-drive services.
Furthermore, the new Interactive, Life, sales experience activated by the Infiniti followed by Renault and Nissan teams gives customers a showroom experience through a fully live interactive conversation via video. Customers will be able to roam around the showroom virtually before choosing their favourite vehicle, which will be delivered to their homes after the transaction. That’s not all; our Service Department has also activated home pickup and delivery service for after sales services.
