This Award is very dear to me, as I started my journey in the automotive world as an Aftersales apprentice 40 years ago to become a mechanic, and from experience, I can assure you that this demanding field requires a lot of patience and hard work.

To the Aftersales team - from mechanics and pickers/binners to customer service representatives - thank you. Your contribution, diligence and continued efforts are the reason we are celebrating this global achievement and I truly appreciate your commitment to Al Masaood's success.
