What better way to refresh and refocus on the way forward than stepping away briefly?

I recently gathered my AMA Falcons in sunny Antalya for a few days of fresh perspective, focused reflection, and forward-driving momentum.

In our retreat, themed “Making Innovation Our Game,” we came together to reflect on the year 2025 so far: the wins, the lessons, and everything in between, rallying efforts to close the year even stronger than we began.

I realized that when we step away from the daily grind, something powerful happens. Conversations become more open, ideas flow more freely, and the bigger picture comes into sharper focus.

Occasions like these are more than just a chance to review our performance. They’re an opportunity to bring the entire team together, across departments and functions, to reflect, align, and ensure clarity on what’s next. Open discussion, shared priorities, and transparency at every level are what allow us to move forward with confidence and purpose.
