My Views on the Future of Mobility

I recently joined automotive experts in our region in sharing our vision of the future of mobility, through an article in Gulf Business Magazine. In the article, I highlight how future mobility does not only revolve around cars – but more around solutions that are innovative, sustainable, efficient, and convenient. In a nutshell – solutions that are smart and green.

Fuelled by technological advancements, in the near future we will see consumers resorting to shared mobility services, micromobility options like mopeds and e-scooters, and vehicles that are autonomous. This ultimately steers us in the direction of de-carbonising the transport industry – in support of the UAE’s ambitious Sustainability vision.

All these present an imperative change in the way we work, live, and move, and it is essential for companies and legislators alike to address this industry evolution.
