Falcon 2.0 2024 Kickoff Event - Celebrating AMA's Winning Year

As an annual tradition, I gathered my AMA Falcons to go over our 2023 performance and set our focal priorities for this year, and I can easily say that our session was nothing short of amazing! Attended by our esteemed Chairman and Directors, Executive Committee members, Senior Executives, and colleagues from across the Group, we had a lot to celebrate and proud moments to share. 🎉

2023 has simply been our BEST year ever! 🚀 We have seen record performance across all areas of the business... And none of this would have been possible without my team of Falcons. 🦅 The Falcons who set out their goals, believed in themselves, remained ambitious, and overachieved. 💪

In the meeting, I had the opportunity to convey due appreciation and gratitude to the AMA Falcons that have gone above and beyond, and delivered amazing results last year. 🙏Together, we also celebrated our Long-Standing Falcons who have dedicated decades of service to AMA. 🏆

We're all powered up for this year, and ready to take it on to the next level! 🔥
