Celebrating the Lady Falcons on International Women’s Day

Women have always been the anchors in our lives, be it our families, our communities, or the organisations we build together.

In moments like the one many families are navigating right now, that strength becomes even more visible. With children learning from home, work routines shifting, and uncertainty around us, many women continue to balance multiple responsibilities while bringing steadiness, care, and professionalism to everything they do.

This International Womens Day, I want to recognise and pay respect to the women in our lives — the AMA Lady Falcons, our mothers, colleagues, and leaders, who carry so much and make it look effortless.
