From the rise of connected, autonomous, shared, and electric vehicles (C.A.S.E) to tackling global challenges like pollution, congestion, and road safety, we discussed how these phenomena are reshaping our approach to mobility.

We also spoke about the shifts in customer mindsets today, and how dealerships are elevating and digitizing their operations in order to keep up with this evolution.

Being in the auto industry for over four decades, I also shared with Suren some leadership lessons that I have learned throughout my career.
